♦ Hysun Fixed Fender System:
Hysun Marine's profile fenders include cylindrical, D shape, square, wing type and many other shapes. The inherent simplicity of the installation and operation of these fenders makes these units an economical solution for docks and piers that are required to cope with a variety of vessels. Luhang provides a standard range of sizes for each profile, but is able to manufacture to suit specific needs. All profile fenders can be mounted in a variety of methods and we can provide you with a configuration to suit your needs.
♦ Hysun D Series Fixed Fenders:
Hysun have two types of D-Series fender, one is with a cylindrical bore inside and the other one is with a “D” shaped bore inside. Designed for use on tugs and barges, they offer long term durability for applications where repeated compression cycles are encountered in pushing service. They also offer the excellent physical characteristics needed to handle the high loading which occurs both on initial contact, and throughout the service cycle.
D Type Fenders can be pre-curved, chamfered and drilled to aid installation at a relatively low cost and can also be cut to the length required. These fenders provide an excellent barrier against damage from all sizes and shapes of vessels.
♦ Hysun D Series Fixed Fenders Advantages:
* Higher volumes of energy absorption and reaction force than those of cylindrical fender.

* The side for attachment is flat so that it can be secured more firmly than cylindrical fender.

♦ Hysun Arch Fender Features:
Hysun Super Arch Fenders have been optimized for increased energy absorption compared to traditional arch fenders, providing reliable and trouble free service for a wide variety of berths even under the most severe conditions. They are particularly useful for vessels with high allowable hull pressures and for locations where mounting space is limited. A variety of sizes and lengths are offered.
Among compress fender series, super arch fender enjoys relatively high energy absorption per weight unit (consume rubber). Under the condition of the same unit weight of rubber, the energy absorption of supper arch fender is 3.5 times higher than that of cylindrical fender, 2.3 times higher than that of D type fender.

♦ Hysun Cone Shape Fenders Features:
* The latest design construction.
Cone Fenders with the conical body shape and frontal mount steel frame are the latest generation product of “cell” type fenders, with optimal performance and efficiency.
* Excellent energy capability.
The normal compression of a LuHang Cone Fender is 70% and its maximum compression is 72%. They are available in sizes from 600mm high to 1300mm high.
* High efficiency and outstanding performance.
LuHang Cone Fenders have excellent energy characteristics, with up to 72% compression for greater travel, and are highly effective even in severe angular berthing applications.
* Applications.
Cone Fenders are ideally suited to a wide range of berthing applications including oil and LNG facilities, offshore platforms, bulk terminals, general cargo, container berths, RoRo and cruise terminals.
